YouTube channel DragTimes has arranged a drag race between two performance-oriented electric cars: a Porsche Taycan Turbo S and a Tesla Model S.
The duo have raced each other for a while before, but this particular run appears more carefully planned than most: both have their batteries charged to the max and their firmware updated to the latest version.
The video leads us through a number of rather representative tests, such as a 1/4 mile run, a 1/2 mile run, a 0-60 mph (97 km/h) sprint and more.
Unsurprisingly, the Taycan Turbo S has won in every single category. It has also covered a quarter of a mile (402 meters) in 10.383 seconds, beating world records for production sedans and EVs at once.
