Tesla will soon roll out another update for its Model S EV, landing it with a better self-parking algorithm, revised UI and assorted suspension improvements.
Starting with the last point on the list, the damping algorithm has been rewritten to simultaneously improve comfort and ensure smoothness while driving. The steering wheel should also now feel more responsive and the traction be better in Active drive mode.
The cars will also be limited to 25 km/h (15 miles per hour) when looking for parking spots, and will be able to park themselves in a completely unattended fashion (perpendicular and parallel parking supported).
