9th Tesla Model X T-Largo hits the road

T-Sportline continues working on a strictly limited series of custom Tesla Model X cars clad in T-Largo wide body kit. The ninth out of 20 vehicles – called the Project Stealth Rocket – just rolled out of the tuner’s garage.

The company stripped the vehicle of all chrome parts and put it in a matte-black 3M wrap. It then applied another wrap – the Xpel Stealth – on top of the first one to protect it from scratches and dints. Add to this the blacked-out windows (even the windshield is 40 percent tinted!), and you will get a car that looks downright evil and menacing.

Just like all the previous copies, this one received the full T-Largo treatment. This included a two-piece front apron, wheel arch extensions, side skirts, a sporty-looking rear diffuser, and a slide-out rear wing. All components are finished in a Midnight Silver Metallic look and just barely stand out against the body.

The interior picks up on the same dark look, and the white contrast stitching is the only thing that at least makes an attempt at livening things up. Leather and Alcantara are used throughout, and a number of components, including the steering wheel and the center console, take advantage of T-Sportline’s trademark Dark Ash trim.

Rounding off the list of changes are custom 22-inch forged wheels and a lower ride height achieved by tweaking the standard suspension the SUV ships with.
