Toyota has shared some official pics of the cars it will be bringing to the Japan Mobility Show at the end of the month. The biggest news is FT-Se, an all-electric supercar co-designed with Gazoo Racing. There is also an SUV called FT-3e based on the same platform.
Starting with the FT-Se, it is meant to reflect Toyota’s vision of a modern-era supercar, a high-performance vehicle in the age of total electrification. The images reveal a sporty silhouette, an aggressive aero kit and select interior parts – a digital dash cluster and a yoke-shaped steering wheel.
The FT-3e follows the same design direction and is being presented as a next-gen EV prototype. It has displays attached to its bodywork to communicate with the passers-by, Toyota says.
