Toyota has come to the Japan Mobility Show with a prototype named FT-Se. It is being presented as a design study imagining what electric sports cars may look like in the near future. The specs weren’t mentioned.
The exterior of the FT-Se strikes us as unique and not at all similar to any of Toyota’s existing EVs. Rather, it looks like a mid-engine coupe running on gas.
The styling is fairly aggressive on the whole with upright DRLs, lots of sharp edges and creases, and thread-like taillights. The interior has only two Recaro bucket seats with blue trim. The displays are there as well – three of them, to be exact – but none are too big.
