The media in Japan have posted new info on the engine lineup that Toyota announced in the spring.
Back then, the company said it was developing a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine and a 2.0-liter turbo. According to the leak that happened earlier this week, this 2.0T engine will come in three boost versions.
The entry-level version will allegedly output 300 PS (296 hp / 221 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. The middle-ground spec will be capable of 400 PS (493 hp / 294 kW) and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft).
Finally, the range-topping spec will reportedly push around 600 PS (592 hp / 441 kW) to the wheels, boasting an impressive power-to-displacement ratio of roughly 300 horsepower per liter.
