Toyota bZ Woodland pricing revealed ahead of U.S. launch

Toyota is getting ready to introduce its Toyota bZ Woodland crosswagon in North America. It’s an all-electric utility vehicle based on the same platform as the Subaru Trailseeker.

The sales won’t begin until March, so let’s take a look at the specs and prices while we wait. The bZ Woodland measures 4,830 mm (188.7 inches) long and has a wheelbase of 2,850 mm (111.3 inches). It rides on 18-inch wheels and commands 213 mm (8.3”) of ground clearance. Trunk size starts from a decent 850 liters (30 cubic feet) and expands to 2,104 liters (74.3 cubic feet) with the bench seat folded.

The base trim arrives with a 14-inch main display, a couple of wireless charging pads and textile seats. Heated/ventilated front seats, JBL audio and a panoramic roof with a hatch are all listed under Premium spec.

Two electric motors installed one per axle drive the wheels with a combined 380 PS (375 hp / 279 kW). A 74.7-kWh standard battery pack delivers up to 452 km (281 miles) of range per the EPA standard, but the range drops to 418 km (260 miles) when using off-road tires.

Prices in the United States will start from $34,900 for the base Toyota bZ Woodland and from $43,400 for the Premium version.
