Toyota unveils all-new Camry

The revamped Toyota Camry was revealed Monday at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. Car has the new design and engine.

It is eighth-generation of Camry. It's longer and wider than the seventh-generation car measuring 4859mm long, 1440mm tall, 1839mm wide, and rides on a 2824mm wheelbase. The car comes with two all-new engines, a 3.5-liter V6 and a 2.5-liter four, which both paired with a new 8-speed automatic, and a four-cylinder hybrid (THS II). The company also has promised "best-in-class fuel economy".

The carmaker designed the Camry using the Toyota New Global Architecture platform. It makes the new model more nimble and more comfortable. Camry also  has the Toyota Safety Sense P that comprises Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection (PCS w/PD), Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist (LDA w/SA), Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC), Automatic High Beams (AHB). 

The Camry's interior is completely redesigned. It features the next generation of Entune infotainment system  with navigation, their own app suite and WiFi connectivity for up to five devices. The front seats gets improved ergonomics that providing high comfort.  Top-spec models has a 7.0-inch multi-function display in the instrument panel, 8.0-inch screen of infotainment system and a 10.0-inch full colour HUD.

The Toyota Camry has been the top-selling vehicle in the US for 15 years and remains the fourth-best-seller in the world.
