The Subaru BRZ and Toyota GT 86 both turn ten years old this year, reason enough for the manufacturers to release special batches of both models called the 10th Anniversary Limited.
The Toyota coupe gets a Flame Orange exterior paint adorned with special inscriptions on the door panels and the rear window. The Subaru looks largely identical except for a WR Blue Pearl exterior finish.
Things stay stock under the hood for both the Subaru BRZ and the Toyota GR 86. A 2.4-liter engine powering the twin models produces 235 PS (232 hp / 173 kW) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque. Customers can choose between automatic and good old manual for the transmission.
Orders will be registered until the end of September. Prices in Japan begin from 3,469,000 JPY for the GR 86 and 3,388,000 JPY for the BRZ.
