The sported-up SUV will arrive in showrooms this fall, and the pricing remains to be determined.
The Highlander XSE has many black accents throughout the entire body, including roof railings, headlight bezels, mirror caps, front air intake grille, radiator grille, and window moldings. The dual exhaust finishers are chrome-coated, the headlights and wheels boast a different design, and there are occasional carbon fiber inserts.
Tech-wise, the XSE variant of the Highlander promises enhanced suspension and power steering, and comes in FWD and AWD versions. The V6 3.5 stays stock, though, still delivering up to 295 hp (220 kW) to the wheels.
