Japanese car manufacturer Toyota has announced the forthcoming start of sales of the Toyota Hilux Special Edition pickup truck, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the model.
The Toyota Hilux Special Edition pickup comes with a new body and interior design. A reshaped radiator grille, new bumpers and restyled LED lights are all immediately noticeable. On the inside, there is a reworked instrument panel as well as some premium-grade trimming. The interior of the car is interspersed with stylish black accents and looks rather lively.
The limited Toyota Hilux Special Edition will reach the market in Europe with a 2.4-liter diesel engine rated at 150 horsepower (112 kW). It will be made available with the front drive and the all-wheel drive.
Prices for the new Toyota Hilux Special Edition will be announced later.
