Patriot Campers Off Road (PCOR) has unveiled one of its latest works: this LC79 Super Tourer based on the Toyota Land Cruiser chassis and tech. The tuner has done similar conversions before, but this one still stands out due to a couple unique features.
First, the body of the LC79 boasts a unique combination of black and light blue. Second, the truck sports custom portal axles and a non-standard differential placement, which enables it to ride higher than most other mods of this kind. In fact, even the humongous 35-inch tires don’t look as big on the off-roader due to the lift amount.
Other noteworthy features include an aluminum truck bed with a tray-based organizer, convenient running boards, multiple fuel tanks summing up for nearly 300 liters, winches at the front and the rear, and a roof-mounted light rack.
Since it was an individual customer order, PCOR never mentioned the price. Other LC79 Super Tourers usually end up priced around U.S. $75,000. With the added cost of the portal axles (those don’t come cheaply), we’d assume this one to be closer to $85,000.
