An unusual custom truck is up for grabs in Australia right now: a 70-series Toyota Land Cruiser converted into a tri-axle off-roader capable of nearly everything.
JMax Engineering, a major name Down Under, carried out the conversion. The pickup landed with numerous chassis and suspension reinforcements, including JMACX-branded lower control arms, a bracket kit and a brake line.
The car still draws its power from a 4.5-liter turbo V8 diesel rated at 205 PS (202 hp / 151 kW) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque. A five-speed manual transmission delivers the momentum to all six wheels, and a Legendex 3.5 exhaust ensures that the emissions and the temperature stay normal under all loads.
The truck has 19,654 km (12,212 miles) on the odo and goes for AUD 192,888, which roughly translates into USD 147,000. Shipment and fees are not included. Watch the video for another similar project by JMax.
