It will only be a few days until Toyota finally shows us its next-gen Land Cruiser, but leaked information just keeps piling up. Here’s what the South African office of the brand accidentally revealed this weekend.
Just as expected, the premium SUV will be based on the TNGA-F platform, the same as the new Tundra pickup. Ten-speed automatic will be the only transmission available.
Those interested in buying the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 will be able to choose between the Tundra’s 3.5-liter petrol turbo V6 rated at 415 PS (409 hp / 305 kW) and a diesel six-pot with 309 PS (305 hp / 227 kW). As we learned earlier, there will be no V8 options.
