A Toyota dealership in Dubai, UAE built a unique replica of the new Land Cruiser 300 out of LEGO constructor pieces. A team of a dozen enthusiasts spent 2,688 hours to build the painstakingly precise 1:1 copy of the car.
The result is currently exhibited in Dubai Mall next to a real car. It is exactly 4,950 mm (193.35 inches) long and 1,980 mm (77.34 inches) tall. There is a small discrepancy in the weight with the toy ride weighing in at 2,050 kilograms (4,520 pounds). The real one is around 450 kilos (1,000 lbs) heavier than that, but we would imagine that being irrelevant to the visitors of the mall.
The installation will remain on display until mid-December, the dealership reports.
