Australia-based RV manufacturer EarthCruiser has finished building a tri-axle camper on a Toyota Land Cruiser 79 Series platform. Dubbed the Extreme 330 6x6, it was reportedly ordered by an avid fan of the company, who already owns a few EarthCruiser vehicles.
The robust off-roader received portal beam axles with plenty of ground clearance and a differential lock on every axle. It also got a sophisticated tire pressure control system capable of pumping up the tires on the go and adjusting the tube pressure depending on the movement speed. Bilstein shocks, togglable anti-sway bars, two fuel tanks, four hang-on toolboxes and an outdoor shower cabin rounded off the exterior.
Inside, the roof has a pop-up mechanism, and there are beds for three adults. There is also a kitchen with multiple tabletops, a cassette toilet and an indoor shower cabin (yes, another one). Two 555-Ah batteries are provided for autonomy, and there is a generator for when the batteries are not enough. A 3,000W Victron invertor enables keeping numerous appliances on simultaneously, and there is even a Starlink internet dish on board. Rounding off the list is a large fresh water tank.
