Car Industry Analysis is reporting that the new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 has sold 79,200 units worldwide in 2022, reclaiming the title of the world’s most popular full-size SUV from the China-made Li One.
According to the analytics provider, the global demand for the Land Cruiser 300 has grown by 14 percent last year. At the same time, the Li One has lost the same amount of popularity. Acura MDX landed third in the rating with 50,700 units sold.
The publication also pointed out the solid performance of the Tesla Model X, which ended up fifth on the list after reportedly selling 10 times as well as the year before. Do note that we were unable to find other sources supporting this report, though.
