One needs quite a bit of courage to get behind the steering wheel of a Toyota Supra armed with an insane 1,400-hp (1,044-kW) turbo engine. Luckily for us, the pilot of this particular Supra had no issue with that.
On a drag strip somewhere in Germany, this modded Japanese supercar didn’t have any contenders. All it had to do was to cover the half-mile distance as quickly as possible. And that’s where it showed an excellent result, accelerating to the unthinkable 322 km/h (200 mph) in the process.
The Turbo Zentrum team developed the 1,400-hp mod for the Toyota Supra. The engineers upgraded the engine with a massive turbocharger and made a few other adjustments.
The car would still have a hard time accelerating all the way to 322 km/h if it weren’t for a set of special drag radials the team installed in its back.
