Toyota originally brought its GR Supra Sport Top to the SEMA360 online show, and later, a series of behind-the-scenes videos went live detailing the build.
The final teaser vid focuses on the process of dismantling the roof – a challenging and most crucial moment requiring painstaking preparation. The roof section thus removed will later be replaced with a two-piece top that drivers will be able to take off easily and pack into the trunk.
The footage also focuses on a stainless-steel diffuser and dual exhaust pipes running down the middle. Are we to understand it as a hint that Toyota will boost its GR Supra Sport Top compared to the production model? No official comment has been made yet.
The finished car will debut before the end of the year, Gazoo Racing says.
