Video: Toyota GR Supra vs. GR Yaris vs. Racing Bike

Both the Toyota GR Supra and the GR Yaris have proven themselves as fast quarter-mile strip runners. But Carwow found a worthy rival to them: a high-end motorbike driven by none other than Sam Sunderland, two-time champion of the Dakar Rally.

The bike only produces 72 PS (71 hp / 53 kW) and 150 Nm (111 lb-ft) of torque, but it weighs as little as 150 kilos (330 pounds), giving it a substantial advantage over the cars.

The GR Yaris utilizes a 1.6-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine with 264 PS (260 hp / 194 kW) and 360 Nm (266 lb-ft) of torque at the output end. A manual transmission sends the momentum to all four wheels. The curb weight isn’t too bad at 1,280 kilos (2,822 pounds).

The GR Supra is the strongest of the trio with its 3.0-liter six-pot turbo making 387 PS (382 hp / 285 kW) and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque. It is also the heaviest at 1,502 kilos (3,311 pounds). The transmission is six-speed manual, and the drive is on the rear wheels.
