The hype around the next-gen Toyota Tundra grows stronger by the day. Soon after posting a short teaser vid flashing the engine bay of the pickup, the carmaker has followed up with an official image of the car in its full glory.
There is actually an interesting context to the reveal. The TundraCrew Facebook page suddenly posted a couple of leaked shots depicting a Tundra TRD Pro. The marque decided not to comment on the leak, and simply proceeded to post an official photo of the truck on its Twitter page.
As we know by now, the car will draw its power from a 3.5-liter gasoline V6 twin-turbocharged to deliver around 415 PS (409 hp / 305 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque to a ten-speed automatic transmission. It seems that the official premiere is also right around the corner now that the leak forced Toyota’s hand.
