Toyota has revealed the first pic of its track-ready Yaris, scheduled for premiere at the end of Rally Australia on November 17, 2019.
The hot hatchback bears the GR (Gazoo Racing) badge and the number 4 (4WD). Its livery is red, black and white, but this is no news to anyone who has seen the spy photos (look them up in our gallery here if you haven’t yet).
Compared against its road-legal counterpart, the hottest Yaris boasts an aggressively styled aero kit, a larger radiator grille, bloated fenders, and bigger wheels.
The engine specs remain a mystery, but one thing is certain: the Yaris racecar definitely packs more punch than its 209-hp (156-kW) strong ‘civilian’ sibling does.
