German tuning shop Prior Design has had its sights set on the Toyota GR Yaris hot hatch for a while now, teasing the first body kit concept last year and adding widebody sketches around a month ago. Now, the hatchback has premiered at the Essen Motor Show and all the parts are available for ordering.
Compared to the original version of the kit, the new one adds fender flares for a distinctly more muscular and aggressive look. Supporting that look are various aerodynamic components – a front spoiler, side winglets, side skirt details, a rear diffuser and a rear spoiler. The material used represents a mixture of glass fiber plastic and Duraflex, with the manufacturer describing it as ‘sufficiently flexible and highly durable.’
Further options include Schmidt alloy wheels, a trunk spoiler and a hood garnish. Lowered suspension and body stickers round off the project.
