Anya Tylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth, who played the main roles in the movie Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga set to debut on May 24, have teamed up with people from the filming crew to tell us about some of the most remarkable post-apocalyptic vehicles created for the set.
According to screenwriter and director George Miller, each car created for the Mad Max universe is unique and mirrors its owner. When asked to pick her favorite ride in the new movie, Anya Taylor-Joy said it was as difficult as picking a favorite child.
Every vehicle was built from the ground up to look as striking as possible while remaining fully functional. After all, the world where the Mad Max movies take place is forces its inhabitants to fight for survival. You will see some named examples in the video.
