At the upcoming
International Motor Show, the German concern will show a practically commercial
version of theĀ electric crossover Volkswagen
I.D. Crozz Concept, which will
rise on the conveyor after 2020.
The prototype of the car was
already presented in 2017 at the motor show in Shanghai. But for the upcoming
event, the conceptual crossover will arrive a little in a different guise, as
close as possible to the commodity version of the model. What changes will I.D.
Crozz Concept in the technical "stuffing" - is still unknown.
Recall that the previous
prototype was equipped with two electric motors with a capacity of 302 horsepower
and a set of lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 81 kW/h. At one charge,
the crossover can overcome a distance of about 500 kilometers, and its top
speed is 180 km/h.
A range of electric cars of
the family I.D. will include, in addition to a crossover, a hatchback, a
minivan, and, quite possibly, a sports coupe. All models will appear no earlier than 2020.
