German carmaker shared two teasers of new Volkswagen Arteon. The model will become a successor of Passat CC sedan, which production stopped in 2016. Passat CC was one of best-sellers of a brand, so many predict to this innovation bright future even in spite of the fact that the first prototype of Arteon, Volkswagen Sport Coupe Concept GTE, received not absolutely unambiguous comments from public and in its time was sent to completion.
There is the radiator lattice on the first image, the second photo shows a back lamp with the descending line of a roof. Experts wait that the new car from Volkswagen will be equipped with four-cylinder 1,8-and 2,0-liter turbo engines, which will work in a tandem with a robotic DSG transmission. The emergence of a hybrid variation is also possible.
The debut of a new model will take place within the International Geneva autoexhibition next week.
