Volkswagen AG has revealed the latest design study it’s been working on, the Atlas Tanoak Pickup Truck Concept. The car may eventually make it into production, although the manufacturer gives to guarantee at the moment.
The all-new Volkswagen Atlas Tanoak Pickup Truck Concept is the first VW vehicle to be based on the MQB platform with module support. It comes with a 3.6-liter V6 engine rated at 267 hp (200 kW), all-wheel drive, 249-millimeter (9.7”) road clearance and a solid-looking set of 20-inch wheels.
Thanks to its specially designed railings and the spacious cargo compartment, the Volkswagen Atlas Tanoak Pickup Truck Concept should have no trouble at all carrying large cargo.
