For decades now, the Volkswagen Golf has been serving as a textbook example and paragon of a compact car. It was the Golf that flared up the whole ‘hot hatch’ mania. The series turns 45 this year, but it remains wildly popular among customers and tuners alike.
No wonder Barracuda Racing Wheels picked this car as the next vehicle to showcase its recently launched Tzunamee EVO forged wheel set. The example depicted here wears a 19-inch set with a silver finish and 225/35R19 rubber. The most interesting bit is perhaps that the rim and the center of each wheel is polished, while the V-shaped spoke ends are merely brushed, creating a compelling visual effect.
Unsurprisingly, Barracuda opted for air suspension in this VW Golf GTi for maximum style points.
