NET pushes the Golf GTI Clubsport to 360 HP

Nagel Exklusiv Tuning (NET) has released an upgrade package for the seventh-gen Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport. Once applied, it makes the hot hatch stronger than the stock Golf R.

Specifically, the 2016 model has 265 horsepower (198 kW) at its disposal. After a number of tweaks, the power goes up to 360 hp (268 kW), and the torque simultaneously ascends to a respectable 480 Nm (354 lb-ft). This is 20 hp (15 kW) and 50 Nm (37 lb-ft) more than a similar upgrade by ABT Sportsline does.

The scope of proposed modifications is rather extensive. Included are a Wagner Tuning intercooler, a BMC air filter, an HJS downpipe, a Remus exhaust system and an ECU tune.

The show car additionally sports 20-inch mbDesign LV2 alloy wheels, roll stabilizers and DDC Plug&Play coilovers.
