Khyzyl Saleem, famous car designer previously employed at EA Games, has garnered the interest of Prior Design and JP Performance with one of his latest projects: a hardcore makeover of the Volkswagen Golf GTI.
Like most other Saleem’s projects, this one starts as a pure concept art with no production plans. However, the artist’s works are so popular worldwide that some tuners actually take it upon themselves to bring them into reality – this time too, apparently.
The proposed aerodynamic kit for the Golf GTI includes a front splitter, side skirts, a rear spoiler, a rear diffuser, and sophisticated fender extensions with air vents in them.
No completion dates are available at this moment, but both companies promise to share more details with us in a few months’ time.
Saleem’s own tuning shop, Live to Offend, also produces body kits from time to time. This includes styling kits for the BMW 3 Series and M3 (E30), which you can see in the video here. Every package contains between 16 and 20 parts.
