VW Golf GTI gets a semi-centennial special edition
The newest limited edition of the Volkswagen Golf GTI celebrates 50 years since the birth of the iconic hot hatch.
The Golf GTI Clubsport 24h will make a public debut at the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring on June 19–22 this year. It will be showcased alongside multiple new versions of the AWD Golf R. Unlike those, it will take part in the endurance race.
It’s unknown how many of these Volkswagen plans to make. The only thing we know is that the car isn’t street-legal.
