Volkswagen AG has shred a video where a couple of its ID. Buzz pre-production vehicles leave the factory and head to Barcelona, Spain to be tested by reporters.
The official launch of the electric van will occur in March. Until then, chances are no technical characteristics will be disclosed. All we know is that the model uses the same MEB architecture as the ID.3 hatchback and the rest of the ID family. The design enables traction batteries sized up to 111 kilowatt-hours of capacity and one or two motors (one per axle).
Future additions to the ID. Buzz range will include a campervan, a delivery van and a self-driving cargo van.
