Romanian tuner Dop Motorsport has turned what was once a harmless, underpowered urban car called the Volkswagen Lupo into a veritable supercar slayer, giving it two engines instead of one.
Working in tandem, the two 2.0-liter, four-cylinder TFSI units deliver up to 1,825 PS (1,800 hp; 1,342 kW) to the wheels each using its own instance of the DSG DQ250 transmission tuned to withstand the load.
Other highlights of the build include extreme fender flares, ultra-wide racing sleeks, lightweight bodywork, a chopped roof, a custom spoiler, and numerous tweaks in the chassis and the cooling system.
According to Dop Motorsport, the car runs a quarter mile in less than 10 seconds and maxes out at 273 km/h (170 mph).
