Aftermarket suspension parts manufacturer H&R has released a coilover set for the current-generation Volkswagen Polo GTi hot hatch.
You can use the new adjustable springs to lower the suspension by 35…60 mm (1.36” – 2.34”) in front and 35…55mm (1.36” – 2.15”) in the back. Aside from just looking cool, this will improve steering when entering turns at full throttle.
Those who want to align the wheels with their respective arches with perfect precision may opt for a set of optional H&R Trak+ wheel spacers. The option is especially handy for those who went for a set of third-party wheels.
Aside from the coilovers, the company also has regular sport-grade springs on offer that can be used to lower the suspension by no more than 35 mm (1.36”) on both axles.
The coilover set costs €1,094, while the spacers are available starting at €44.
