The current top-end model of the Volkswagen Polo GTI hatchback is now finally available starting at €23,950 in showrooms across Europe. What’s so new about it?
To begin with, the sporty 2018 VW Polo GTI hatch comes with an excellent 2.0L TSI engine coupled with a six-speed DGS box and capable of 200 hp. Other notable features include readjusted suspension and a new stylish aerodynamic body kit.
The car makes 0-100 km/h (0-60 mph) in 6.7 seconds and reaches its speed limit at 237 km/h (147 mph). Another great novelty comes in the form of excellent fuel economy – the engine consumes around 6 liters of gas per 100 km (60 mi).
From the outer point of view, the new 2018 Volkswagen Polo GTI hatchback really stands out in the crowd with its custom 17- or 18-inch wheels, sporty exhaust pipes, unique LED optics and other flashy features.
