German tuners have developed
a tuning package for the Volkswagen Scirocco hatchback with a 2.0-liter TSI
gasoline turbo engine.
The base model with this
engine generates 200 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque. After the updates made in
the B&B, the engine began to produce 309 "horses" and 432 Nm of
torque. Thus, the tuned Volkswagen Scirocco turned out to be more powerful than
the 280-strong Scirocco R.
The dynamic characteristics
of the "charged" Scirocco in the tuning studio were not reported. But
given that the stock version of the hatchback is gaining 100 km / h in 7.1
seconds, Volkswagen Scirocco performance from B&B certainly improves.
It is known that all process
of increasing the car's performance takes about 6 hours. What exactly
manipulations were carried out with Volkswagen Scirocco in B&B
Automobiltechnik is not reported. But the power increase for this model was
more than significant.
