The German automobile giant has announced the forthcoming premiere of a mini-SUV in India on February 3, 2020. The first teaser pic already adorns all VW India social media pages.
The car is being marketed as the archrival of the Hyundai Creta and KIA Seltos. It comes based on the MQB A0 platform, essentially a trimmed-down variant of the full MQB architecture. It borrows multiple units and components, as well as ctyling styling cues from the Europe-spec T-Cross SUV shown in the video.
The engine range remains unannounced, but chances are good that the T-Cross donates its tech as well.
