Volkswagen is getting ready to reveal the third-generation Tiguan this fall, but a short spy video went online this weekend that already reveals the crossover SUV in its full glory.
Posted by Avtomanija TV on YouTube, the 5-second vid was reportedly shot during a Skoda ad shoot in Slovenia. It briefly shows the front fascia, the profile and the rear end of the car. You can notice, for example, LED bars connecting the headlights and the taillights.
As for the interior, you can browse the gallery below for some spy photos made earlier. As you can see, the transformation is extensive with the steering wheel, the transmission selector, the instruments and the heads-up display all looking new. That, and the transmission tunnel seems more compact than before.
The Tiguan Mk3 is based on the MQB Evo platform and is expected to ship with a wide selection of eco-friendlier powertrains, including petrol, diesel and hybrid options.
