After being repeatedly caught on camera, the Volkswagen Viloran MPV finally comes into the spotlight on official terms.
At 5,300 mm (17.4 feet) long, the Viloran is larger than the Mercedes-Benz V 260 L with its 5,270 mm (17.3 ft.) and the Buick GL8 with its 5,203 mm (17.07 ft.). The rear doors are sliding, and their rails are neatly integrated into the sides.
While the specs still haven’t been revealed, some expect the Viloran to ship with an EA888 turbo four-cylinder engine rated at 220 hp (164 kW) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft), paired with a seven-speed DSG box. The Buick GL8 ES is considerably stronger with its 260 hp (194 kW).
The company will soon reveal the cabin of the MPV in its five-, six- and seven-seat version, so stay tuned! The premiere is scheduled for the Guangzhou Motor Show on November 22, 2019, but sales won’t begin until June 2020.
