Volvo has only just introduced the EX90, its latest all-electric flagship, but it looks like it will not be the marque’s only EV to go on sale in 2023.
The unveiling video ended in a darkened shot of an EX90 standing next to a smaller SUV, with the caption ‘2023’ seen above. When asked if a smaller SUV was coming to the market alongside the big EX90, Volvo CEO confirmed the guess, but said that all details would be revealed another day.
Judging by its outlines, the car is visibly smaller than the EX90 while having nearly identical brake lights. We suppose it is an all-electric version of the XC60 model probably called the EX60 – note especially the tall roof line typical of all XC models.
