Volvo has revealed the facelifted version of its XC90 SUV. Among other things, you will be able to order a six-seat version of the car, in addition to the five- and seven-seat versions currently available.
The XC90 six-seater is available in the Excellence luxury trim which comes with pairs of separate seats situated in the middle and back row. As such, it should be a welcome alternative for those who wanted a bit of extra space at no expense of comfort.
The mid-generational update also introduces B-series cars. All Volvo XC90B models ship with a regenerative brake feature that helps them accumulate power while braking. The manufacturer claims this leads to fewer emissions and better overall fuel efficiency.
On the outside, the facelifted model sports a new radiator grille and wheel set, and comes in a wider palette of available colors.
Prices for the new Volvo XC90 remain unannounced.
