The Red Bull Racing Team has shared an 11-minute video starring their driver, Sergio Pérez, as he takes his Formula One racer on a nearly 1,700-mile long trip from New York City to Miami.
The first Miami Gran Prix on record is set to take place on May 6-8, and Red Bull felt like highlighting the importance of the event with their video.
The camera follows the driver as he exits his hotel room and casually picks up his car from a parking lot. He buys a mandatory energy drink, gets a parking ticket, visits a pit stop, and then hits a suburban road.
As the track weapon screeches its tires in front of the Miami track gate, Perez belatedly realizes there was no need to hurry, as the circuit was not even ready yet.
