The Project Thunderball by Wiesmann debuted a year ago styled as an all-electric cabriolet. The production has yet to begin, but in the meantime, the company has shared some designs the customers will be able to choose from.
The boldest concept of the three draws inspiration from the 1920s, painting the whole exterior in gold. This includes the radiator grille. The interior is finished in Bordeaux Red for contrast.
The second concept appears to have been inspired by the black holes. It wears a menacing matte-black livery with glossy parts and has a black leather interior with carbon-fiber highlights.
The third and final sketch for now depicts the Project Thunderball in blue with a vivid orange leather cabin and cream-tinted inserts.
Two electric motors drive the RWD two-seater cabrio with a combined 680 PS (671 hp / 500 kW), enabling a sprint from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.9 seconds. The battery range maxes out at 500 km/h (310 miles), Wiesmann claims.
