U.S.-based camper specialist Winnebago has complemented its product range with a new affordable trailer named Access, which starts from a low $29,600. The company assures its prospective buyers that the trim quality and comfort levels are still uncompromising in this wallet-friendly version.
Details are scarce at this time. The camper will make its public debut at the impending RV show in Hershey, Pennsylvania later this September. Until then, we only have a bunch of images to go by. Judging by them, the trailer is about 1.5 times as long as a full-size pickup truck. It has two axles and can accommodate up to eight people, depending on your chosen layout.
Amenities inside include a bed for two, a transformable sofa, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining area. The owner gets to decide where to create any additional beds and storage opportunities.
Among other things, the base version of the trailer already includes a 200W solar panel array on the roof, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a water tank with hot water delivery and a heated underside ensuring that the pipes all around are kept warm. The front trim panel has a neat aerodynamic shape, and there are multiple hatches in the roof for natural insolation while camping.
