SAIC Group’s Wuling brand is getting ready to introduce a new tiny van in China, advertised as cheap to buy and maintain thanks to an electric powertrain.
The still-unnamed car is envisioned as a delivery vehicle, but the company says it could make a decent food truck or mobile espresso kiosk, if need be. It is 3,685 mm (144 inches) long and 1,530 mm (60 inches) wide. A single electric motor drives the wheels with 41 PS (40 hp / 30 kW). The top speed is 100 km/h (62 mph).
The full reveal should take place later this year.
