A few days ago, China-based carmaker Wuling revealed the Journey Concept and its production counterpart, a truck named Zhengtu. Today, the company follows up with a camping conversion of the same truck called the Zhengtu Cross-Border Journey.
The car is said to be technical related to single-space vans produced by the marque (watch the video for an example). It has a plastic body kit, widened arches, off-road tires, a folding tent in the back, extra roof-mounted lighting, and a hard cover for the truck bed. The bed conceals a trunk with a camping tent that supports automatic folding and unfolding. The company says the resulting motorhome can accommodate up to five people on a journey.
Pre-orders will open on February 2, 2021, and prices are still pending.
