Zeekr, a sub-brand of Geely, has published quality photos of its upcoming battery MPV, the 009. The vehicle will go on sale in China later this year with up to 700 km (435 miles) of range at its disposal.
The model comes based on the unitized platform known as SEA and is over 5.2 meters long with a wheelbase longer than 3.2 meters. The new images reveal its front fascia with a giant faux grille backlit with 154 LEDs.
One of the pics focuses on the roof, which has a hatch at the front end and a panoramic section between the second and the third seat row. We assume that Zeekr will offer six- and seven-seat versions of the 009, the former shown here. According to carnewschina.com, a luxury four-seat variant is also underway to the market.
All technical parameters remain undisclosed. The only thing we know is that the car will offer a touch over 700 km (435 miles) of driving range on a single charge according to the NEDC measurement standard, which is admittedly somewhat optimistic and outdated.
The full reveal is scheduled for the Chengdu Auto Show on August 26, 2022.
