Ford sheds light on its motorsports plans
Ford Performance is making a comeback in big sports with plans to attend the World Endurance Championship and the 24 Hours of the Le Mans in a couple of years.
Specifically, the company is preparing an LMDh-class hypercar for the competition that may bring it another big victory against Ferrari and raise the Blue Oval badge to the top of the ranking list.
Along with this announcement, Ford also revealed an all-electric NASCAR prototype racer and teased its next vehicle for the Pikes Peak hill climb event. Both have unmistakable Mustang Mach-E styling cues.
