Spy photographers from AutoExpress have nabbed a camouflaged Ferrari 12Cilindri prototype on what appears to be a public road in Italy. The company hasn’t announced anything of the kind yet, but our theory is that the coupe will be known as the 12Cilindri GTO.
Ferrari actually registered this exact trademark in early 2026. If you look closer, you will see that the prototype wears lots of added aerodynamic parts on both bumpers and flaunts a ducktail spoiler at the rear end.
Other than that, the coupe looks standard, suggesting that it might be an early design. We expect those stock 21-inch wheels and possible the interior trim to be replaced before debut.
As for the naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12, there’s no telling how much more than the current 830 PS (819 hp / 610 kW) it will output. It can get challenging further tuning a supercar that already sprints 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in blistering 2.9 seconds.
