Ford has introduced the Bronco ORV, a new package available for 2025 and 2026 model year Broncos through the Ford Custom Garage program. This package is designed to enhance the SUV's off-road capabilities and appearance.
The ORV package includes a Fox off-road suspension setup and incorporates a skid plate and fuel tank plate from the Bronco Raptor. It also features an auxiliary LED lighting kit from Rigid, integrated into the front bumper, with optional additional lights for the hood and a roof-mounted light bar. A ProCal calibration tool from Ford Performance is standard, offering data logging and diagnostic functions.
Styling elements of the Bronco ORV include 17-inch black Weld wheels, red Bronco badging, and a matte black hood decal. An ORV-branded logo is placed on the fenders, and the rear Ford badge has a smoked finish. Optional extras comprise a high-clearance Borla exhaust, a heavy-duty rear differential cover, a hydraulic hood lift kit, and an ARB air compressor.
The Bronco ORV package is available for the base Bronco, Outer Banks, and Big Bend trims, with or without the Sasquatch package. Ford states it will be a limited edition, though specific numbers were not provided. The package costs an additional $18,995 and comes with a supplemental three-year/36,000-mile warranty, which does not void the standard new-vehicle warranty.
